We are looking for a Principal Product Manager capable of thinking strategically and anticipating future needs to develop functionalities that secure websites and web-based applications, including next-generation end-user productivity products based on our desktop and application virtualization technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of product management, technical expertise, and customer experience skills, along with strategic vision, clear communication, and a proven track record of executing products from conception to scaled growth. You will define product strategies, conduct industry and customer research, and work with interdisciplinary teams to define, design, execute, and deliver products. You should be comfortable sharing your vision with senior leadership and collaborating closely with engineering teams to turn ideas into reality. Demonstrated success in building strong business cases, managing high-growth enterprise products, and ensuring customer success is essential.

2. Prioritize features based on customer needs, serving as the voice of the customer.
3. Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
4. Partner with engineering teams to deliver on the product roadmap.
5. Establish goals and review metrics to measure success and identify improvements.
6. Define and maintain a product roadmap with stakeholder input.
7. Prepare executive-level documentation for new features, working backwards from customer needs.
8. Develop pricing models and naming conventions for new products or features.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
• 7+ years of technical experience in software development, network development, IT, or related fields.
