As a Principal IC, you will own the funded Customer Zero program end-to-end, drive adoption across GTM, CX, and G&A, surface friction, and feed the Product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience driving product adoption and revenue impact.
• Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable product changes.
• Proven track record of enabling Sales with playbooks and proof points.

Responsibilities

• Own the funded Customer Zero program end-to-end.
• Drive adoption of Celigo products across GTM, CX, and G&A.
• Surface friction and feed Product roadmap.
• Build playbooks and external proof points for Sales.
