Job summary

Clera is hiring a founding Product Manager to own core product areas across an AI platform for brands and creators. You will define strategy, drive execution from ground up, and shape the product and company direction.

This fully remote role offers cross-functional ownership and high-impact growth opportunities. You will build a data-driven roadmap, conduct multi-stakeholder research, and ship features end-to-end, collaborating closely with engineering and design while guiding go-to-market plans

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management in consumer apps or startup environments.
• Ability to define specs and lead end-to-end execution from problem to launch.
• Experience building data-driven product roadmaps aligned with goals.
• Experience conducting customer research across multiple stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity, rapid experimentation, and decisive action.
• Strong cross-functional communication to explain trade-offs.
• Familiarity with creator economy, influencer marketing, or AI-powered tools is a plus.
• Background in B2B workflow tools, CRM, social or commerce platforms for creators is a plus.

About the Role

This is a founding product management role at a fast-growing AI startup operating in the creator economy and social commerce space. You will own core product areas across an AI platform that connects brands and creators, defining strategy and driving execution from the ground up. Your work will directly shape the direction of the product and the company.

What You'll Do

• Define product vision for creator discovery, CRM, outreach automation, and AI-powered creative tools.

• Build and maintain a data-driven roadmap aligned with business goals.

• Identify customer pain points through research with brands, creators, agencies, and partners, then translate them into actionable specs and priorities.

• Own features end-to-end, from problem definition and UX requirements through spec writing, QA, and launch.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

• Drive product velocity through tight iteration cycles and fast decision-making.

• Analyze usage data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.

• Develop go-to-market plans and launch materials for new features.

• Serve as the connective tissue across the organization, keeping everyone aligned on what is being built and why.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of product management experience in consumer apps, B2B, B2C, or fast-paced startup environments.

• Demonstrated ability to define product specs and lead execution end-to-end from problem definition through launch.

• Experience building and maintaining data-driven product roadmaps aligned with business goals.

• Track record of conducting customer research across multiple stakeholder types to surface pain points and opportunities.

• Comfort with ambiguous problems, rapid experimentation, and making decisions without full consensus.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate trade-offs and rationale to cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with the creator economy, influencer marketing, or AI-driven tools is a strong plus.

• Background in B2B workflow tools, CRM systems, social or commerce platforms, or products built for creators is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $160,000 to $200,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
