An established industry player is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Conversational AI to lead innovative strategies that enhance customer engagement. This role involves shaping the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to deliver impactful solutions. As part of the Walmart Emerging Technology Team you will help reshape how we engage with the world around us through Conversational AI. Walmart’s opportunities using conversational AI that span all parts of the customer journey. You will help us to build next generation of products and grow our conversational AI platform. You will - create strategy and alignment around Walmart’s conversational AI platform and its product roadmap, operate as a leader to foster collaboration between engineering/design/various other product teams, evangelize the latest and greatest technology trends in NLP and GenAI.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
