You will bridge technical architecture and product strategy, guiding the Compute Foundations team as it evolves enterprise developer tooling. You will drive API quality, open standards, and AI-first workflows, collaborating with engineering to set guidelines and governance.

Qualifications

• Lead multi-year vision, strategy, and execution for Akamai Cloud developer tooling.
• Elevate API quality, consistency, and platform performance for brownfield paths.
• Pioneer AI-first workflows and Model Context Protocol endpoints.

Responsibilities

• Craft and drive the multi-year vision, product strategy, and execution roadmap for Akamai Cloud developer tooling.
• Modernize brownfield enterprise API paths while elevating API quality, consistency, and platform performance.
• Pioneer next-generation developer interfaces for AI agents and LLM-driven workflows using Model Context Protocol endpoints.
• Collaborate with engineering on API design guidelines, OpenAPI standards, schema governance, and API Gateway capabilities.
• Oversee product development for official developer tools including CLI, SDKs, and Infrastructure as Code providers.
• Influence strategy to streamline and unify the Developer Experience across platforms.
