HP Inc. seeks a Principal Product Manager to define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and customer experience for major areas of the HP app.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and business teams to identify opportunities and deliver outcomes that boost engagement and growth. You will lead with customer insights and data, establish KPIs, and mentor product managers while aligning senior leaders on priorities.

Formación

• Extensive experience leading software or digital product initiatives with significant customer and business impact.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving customer problems.
• Proven ability to define strategy, prioritize investments, and execute in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in agile software development environments.
• Familiarity with experimentation, product analytics, customer journey mapping, and growth frameworks.

• Monitor competitive trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities.
• Mentor product managers and strengthen product management practices.
