Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a senior product manager to own the full product lifecycle, shaping strategy, engaging with customers, driving execution, and delivering market-leading features. You will collaborate with senior management, PMs, UX designers, engineering, sales, customer success, and services to deliver best‑in‑class product experiences.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in product management with AI/ML and 3+ years in AI-related domains, plus deep familiarity with SOC/GSOC environments

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML products, Workflow Automation, or Robotics.
• Deep understanding of SOC/GSOC environments or high-tempo operations centers (e.g., logistics, 911 dispatch, IT NOC).
• Experience with Vision Language Models (VLMs), Generative AI (LLMs), or Agentic frameworks.
• Demonstrated history of shipping complex B2B interfaces that simplify cognitive load.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from strategy to delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with senior management, product managers, UX designers, engineering, sales, customer success, and services to shape experiences.
• Engage directly with customers and sales teams to research market and differentiate value.
• Define requirements and features, prioritize backlog, and guide feature design with AI/UX/engineering teams.

In this role, you'll take ownership across the full product lifecycle - shaping strategy, engaging with customers, driving execution, and delivering product features that lead the market. You'll collaborate closely with senior management, fellow product managers, UX designers, engineering, sales, customer success, and professional services teams to shape and deliver best‑in‑class product experiences.

You will be responsible for engaging directly with customers and sales people, and researching and analysing the market and competitors, to drive the creation of differentiated value in your product. You will gather and prioritize product ideas, maintain strategic roadmaps, and define requirements and features. You will work closely with our engineering, AI and UX teams to drive feature design and development. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker, a collaborative product manager with experience in visual AI, and with excellent UX design instincts.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Management, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML products, Workflow Automation, or Robotics.
• Deep understanding of SOC/GSOC environments or high‑tempo operations centers (e.g., logistics, 911 dispatch, IT NOC). (You understand “alert fatigue” and “time‑to‑resolution”)
• Experience with Vision Language Models (VLMs), Generative AI (LLMs), or Agentic frameworks. You understand the trade‑offs between “retroactive validation” and “forward reasoning” in AI design.
• Demonstrated history of shipping complex B2B interfaces that simplify cognitive load. You prioritize “task alignment” over generic “trust” scores.

Target Base Salary Range: $190,000 USD – $215,000 USD

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in product management
• 3 years focused on AI/ML products, Workflow Automation, or Robotics
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
