Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Principal, Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for global financial planning and forecasting products. You will work with business, engineering, data, and UX teams to translate customer needs into scalable, AI-enabled capabilities that enhance planning, forecasting, and decision-making.

The role requires strong product judgment, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to deliver measurable value through complex transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field and 9 years' product management experience.
• Alternatively 11 years' experience in product management or related area.
• Experience owning enterprise-scale products from discovery through launch.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and measurable outcomes for global planning and forecasting products.
• Maintain and enhance the current finance product while partnering with business and engineering to resolve issues.
• Lead the product evolution by defining phased approach, requirements, and delivery plan.
• Use customer insight, product data, and experimentation to deliver scalable AI-enabled capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, data, UX, and domain experts to deliver reliable capabilities.
• Influence senior stakeholders, mentor product managers, and strengthen PM practices.
