Wwshemi is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead an AI-driven platform for a marketing services business. You will rethink workflows, prototype solutions, and work with engineering to turn ideas into reliable systems.

Fully remote within the United States, you will collaborate with a small, hands-on team, define measurable outcomes, and build scalable, production-ready tooling that delivers tangible business results.

Qualifications

• Experience building and shipping functional software prototypes with AI coding tools and real-world data.
• Experience designing AI-driven systems that account for failure modes, edge cases, and production requirements.
• Strong systems thinking, including the ability to assess second-order effects, blast radius, and long-term design implications.
• Ability to define operational problems in measurable terms and validate solutions with data.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver reliable systems.
• Clear, concise written communication, including documentation that explains decisions and rationale.
• Background improving operational efficiency through technology, ideally including decision engines, reporting, or attribution systems.
• Comfort working independently in small teams and ambiguous problem spaces.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $160,000 to $230,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
