Job summary

CloudBees is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the Unify Release Orchestration roadmap, coordinating multi-service releases across the tools customers already run. You will work with engineering, design, GTM, and customers to set the bar for developer experience and present to executives.

This role prefers West Coast base but allows hybrid in Denver; you will lead AI-native capabilities, influence product strategy, and ship with executive presence in a fast-moving, enterprise SaaS

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with 3+ years building developer-facing products
• 2+ years shipping AI/ML-powered products at scale
• Experience shipping in a B2B SaaS environment for enterprise developers
• Experience in Application Release Management, deployment automation and governance
• Hands-on fluency with AI native stack
• Proven track record taking products from concept to adoption and revenue
• Strong technical depth in API design and integration with developer workflows

Responsibilities

• Own the Unify release orchestration roadmap end-to-end for developer-facing AI-native capabilities.
• Partner with engineering on release processes, deployment models, API design, and tool integration.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities, build conviction, align stakeholders, and ship.
• Own developer experience with clean primitives, documentation, and reliability.
• Engage with customers to validate problems and build domain credibility.
• Represent product vision to executives, customers, and the developer community.
• Write your own product specs and lead by doing.
