In a fast-moving, AI-first environment, you will write crisp specs, run experiments, and partner with engineering, design, and data teams to move quickly while maintaining product quality and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management in a PLG or growth-focused environment.
• Strong construction domain knowledge or experience in construction tech.
• Proven track record shipping features tied to adoption or growth.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools in day-to-day product work.

Responsibilities

• Drive activation, repeat usage, and paid conversion across web, mobile, and desktop.
• Build and iterate levers that drive growth: onboarding, upsells, upgrade flows, and lifecycle.
• Grow adoption of new products and cross-platform conversion with targeted user moments.
• Ship a high volume of experiments and turn learnings into roadmap bets.
• Analyze funnels, cohorts, and segments to identify high-leverage opportunities.
• Write crisp specs and experiment briefs; drive cross-functional execution.
• Continuously iterate using experimentation and customer feedback.
