Job summary

STACK Construction Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager with deep experience in Product-Led Growth, construction tech, and AI-driven product experiences.

You will own the definition, execution, and delivery of critical areas of the STACK web application, driving changes customers will love and that grow their business. You will collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Success to understand customer experiences, identify gaps, and generate ideas that increase

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience owning and delivering software in an agile environment.
• Proven track record managing all aspects of a product lifecycle.
• Understanding of construction processes: estimating, takeoff, bidding, preconstruction, costing.
• Deep knowledge of at least one specialty trade (concrete, roofing, masonry, plumbing, electrical).
• Experience developing product and marketing strategies; strong executive communication.
• Experience with product usage tracking, prioritization, planning, and scheduling tools.
• Collaborative experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on problem solver with willingness to get hands dirty and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive development and delivery of critical STACK web app areas.
• Define product strategy with leadership and align teams around it.
• Identify opportunities to improve takeoff, estimating, bidding, and workflows.
• Partner with AI/ML and Computer Vision engineers.
• Translate strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes with engineering, in an agile environment.
• Prioritize activities by business and customer impact.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define scope, schedule, and performance of new capabilities.
• Define project scopes, facilitate discussions, and drive milestones.
• Track milestones and budgets and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Manage risk and ensure high-quality delivery and outcomes.
