Job summary

Vehlo is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own customer-facing data, analytics and insights across our product portfolio. You will drive strategy, collaborate with engineering, analytics, customer success and go-to-market to deliver AI-powered insights that go beyond dashboards.

You’ll own the premium analytics line, shape the semantic layer, APIs, and data delivery, and lead pricing and tier decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management
• 2+ years in B2B SaaS data products/analytics
• Ownership of customer-facing analytics (reporting/dashboards) used by paying customers
• Experience building analytics spanning multiple products/modules
• Ownership of semantic/metric layer across sources
• Experience serving both small owners/operators and large customers
• Zero-to-one track record: ideate, validate, ship new analytics product
• Commercial instinct with evidence (pricing, packaging, revenue responsibility)
• Ability to read schemas, write SQL, evaluate API contracts (not required to code)
• Fluency in unit economics of analytics
• Hands-on with AI tooling for rapid product iteration

Responsibilities

• Create new AI-powered insight products from zero to one delivered inside customer workflows
• Own end-to-end premium analytics including reporting, dashboards, alerts, and natural-language summaries
• Deliver a unified analytics experience across Vehlo products
• Enable data delivery beyond dashboards via APIs, MCP surfaces, exports, and BI connectors
• Define semantic layer and consistent metrics across products with different origins
• Shape pricing, packaging, and unit economics per location
• Develop data- and analytics-based benchmark products from repair data
• Improve data quality and customer trust as measurable product outcomes
• Align governance for analytics numbers with stakeholders
