Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Principal Product Manager in a hybrid role based in San Jose, CA. You will lead endpoint security, sandboxing, and anti-malware initiatives, shaping the strategic direction of our cybersecurity products for a global customer base.

You will own the full product lifecycle, work with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, and engage directly with customers to translate challenges into market-leading solutions.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML and security solutions.
• Proven track record in product management for cybersecurity products.
• Technical proficiency with Proxy Architecture, SWG, HTTP/S, and SSL/TLS inspection at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) roadmap including TLS inspection and cryptography standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to bring products to market and ensure success.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and identify new opportunities.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life.
• Provide training and support to sales and cross-functional teams.
