Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technology, data analytics, or related field.
• Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering AI-, analytics-, data-, or insight-driven products.
• Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear product strategies and customer value.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
• Experience in healthcare, education, healthcare education, or enterprise software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for AI-enabled analytics across nursing and medical education products.
• Identify opportunities to use AI to surface insights, improve decision support, and enable personalized experiences.
• Lead end-to-end product development, from discovery through delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product strategies, requirements, and experiences.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, SMEs, and customer-facing teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead cross-functional alignment by communicating strategy, priorities, decisions, and tradeoffs.
• Establish measures of success, including adoption, usability, customer impact, and business outcomes.
• Use customer feedback, product data, and analytics to inform prioritization and improve products.
• Champion responsible and practical use of AI, including quality, privacy, transparency, and trust.
• Maintain a prioritized, outcome-driven backlog and support agile planning and delivery.
