Job summary

RELX Inc. seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead AI-enabled analytics across healthcare education offerings.

You will guide discovery, strategy, and execution, turning emerging technologies and customer insights into practical solutions that improve decision-making and outcomes. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX and experts to deliver scalable AI-enabled analytics, with a focus on adoption, usability, and real business impact across nursing and medical education

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, technology products, data products or analytics.
• Strong leadership to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering AI-, analytics-, data-, or insight-driven products.
• Practical understanding of AI, analytics, experimentation and data products.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear product strategy and value.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and storytelling skills.
• PM skills to manage multiple priorities in an agile environment.
• Work experience in healthcare, education or enterprise software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and roadmap for AI-enabled analytics across nursing and medical education products.
• Identify opportunities to use AI to surface insights and personalize experiences.
• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear strategies and requirements.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX and customers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Communicate strategy, priorities, decisions and tradeoffs across teams.
• Establish success measures including adoption, usability and business outcomes.
• Use feedback and analytics to continuously improve products.
• Champion responsible use of AI with emphasis on quality, privacy and trust.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog and support agile planning.
