Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise software.
• Experience developing or managing AI-driven products.
• Ability to translate customer, market, and business needs into product strategy and priorities.
• Experience in identity, identity management, access management, cybersecurity, or related domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and strategy for AIM, defining customer problems, target markets, differentiated value, and long-term direction.
• Drive product-market fit through customer discovery, market research, and validation with early customers.
• Own the AIM roadmap and investment priorities balancing near-term needs and strategic differentiation.
• Lead AIM from concept to scalable offering using early-access programs and customer feedback.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to bring AIM to market.
