Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. in the United States seeks a Principal Product Manager to build our Agentic Operations for Auto Insurance Claims from the ground up.

This role leads zero-to-one product development in a regulated, enterprise environment, partnering with major carriers to validate problems, shape the roadmap, and define the go-to-market strategy. You will collaborate with claims executives, engineers, and product marketing to craft a compelling value proposition.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or high-production SaaS environment.
• At least one 0-to-1 product build, ideally in a startup or high-velocity environment.
• Deep experience in at least one complex, regulated vertical.
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-driven products; experience with LLM-based or agentic systems strongly preferred.
• Track record of working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders to validate product direction.
• Experience delivering results in a sales/GTM context, personally carrying a product into the market and communicating with end users to C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial case for a new agentic product line from concept through market validation.
• Define what the agents do: end-to-end workflows, human-in-the-loop, and autonomy thresholds.
• Set the quality and safety bar with evals, guardrails, escalation paths, and audit trails.
• Collaborate with senior claims executives at major carriers to validate problems and test ideas.
• Create pitches, pricing stories, and proof points with sales and marketing, and lead land/launch decisions.
• Write code and build working agents with engineers using AI coding tools as a core workflow.
