The role emphasizes leadership across engineering, GTM, and finance, with a focus on developer empathy, security, and measurable outcomes in adoption and revenue. Hybrid role in the US with equity and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading infrastructure or developer platforms for cloud products.
• Understanding of agentic AI systems and how developers interact with tools.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product strategy and roadmaps.
• Strong cross-functional influence across engineering, GTM, finance, and legal.

Responsabilités

• Define the Agentic AI infrastructure product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead product definition for services like Action Gateway and Inference Router.
• Partner with customers building coding, productivity, and workflow agents.
• Create simple abstractions for long-running agent workloads.
• Shape APIs, CLIs, docs, and workflows for easy adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering on architecture, security, and scale.
• Launch new products, define packaging, pricing, and beta programs.
• Drive adoption, retention, usage, and revenue growth.
• Evangelize why agents require a new infrastructure layer.
