Job summary

Qventus is seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive high-growth healthcare products at the intersection of generative AI and clinical operations. You will oversee a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, designers, and clinicians from discovery through launch, ensuring value delivery to frontline staff and C-suite stakeholders.

You’ll translate user needs into clear requirements, define success metrics, and continuously improve products after releases.

Qualifications

• Mastery of navigating enterprise products/solutions through the full product lifecycle.
• 8+ years of product management experience, much of it on enterprise B2B or SaaS products.
• A record of shipping quickly, with results you can point to.
• Experience setting direction across multiple teams without having direct authority over them.
• Hands-on experience building products that depend on data, analytics, and machine learning, including generative AI or LLM-based features.
• Strong writing and presentation skills, and confidence in front of customers and senior executives.
• Comfort working on strategy one day and in the weeds the next.
• A willingness to help wherever the team needs it, whether or not it's in your job description.

We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to work on exciting, high-growth products at the intersection of generative AI and healthcare . Using your product management expertise, combined with your drive and passion for making a difference, you’ll work with multiple talented teams across Qventus to discover, define, execute, and launch new products & features, as well as to improve and optimize our existing products.

Compensation for this role is based on market data and takes into account a variety of factors, including location, skills, qualifications, and prior relevant experience. Salary is just one part of the total rewards package at Qventus. We also offer a range of benefits and perks, including Open Paid Time Off, paid parental leave, professional development, wellness and technology stipends, a generous employee referral bonus, and employee stock option awards.

Salary Range: $165,000 — $220,000 USD
