Alliant Credit Union in Chicago is seeking a Product Manager to own a high-impact product domain. This hybrid role guides strategic direction and execution, aligning teams and engaging executive stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.

You will lead a cross-functional roadmap, drive data-informed decisions, and mentor peers while shaping the voice of the customer across the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, Business or related.
• 8+ years of Agile/Scrum, Product Management or related experience.
• CSPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead product vision, strategy and long-term roadmap for high-priority, complex product areas.
• Drive alignment across development, technology, marketing, and other cross-functional partners.
• Use data to inform decisions and validate hypotheses through experimentation and analysis.

In this hybrid role based at our Chicago headquarters, the Product Manager owns a high-impact, cross‑functional product domain and guides both strategic direction and tactical execution. Act as a product leader, aligning teams, coaching peers, and influencing executive stakeholders.

Typical hiring range: $106,500.00 to $182,600.00 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
