Job summary

Amazon Kids is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Amazon Kids Subscriptions to make Kids a great experience across devices. You will own the product roadmap, drive end-to-end delivery, and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer value across Fire tablets, TV, Echo devices, and Kindles.

Qualifications

• 8 years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.

• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience in technical product management.

Description

The Amazon Kids team builds innovative products and services for children ages 3-12 and their caregivers. Kids is available across Amazon Fire Tablets, Fire TV, Echo devices, and Kindles and is an integral component to Kids Edition Devices (Tablet, Echo, and Kindle) which are built from the ground up just for children. As the Principal Product Management for Amazon Kids Subscriptions, you will be responsible for making Kids a great experience for customers regardless of whether they use one device or many.

Basic Qualifications

• 8 years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience technical product management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
