Job summary

M0 is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own a core area of the platform end-to-end, accountable for shipping, scaling adoption and revenue. You will partner with leadership, engineering, design and GTM to take products from inception to scale, operating with the autonomy of a product leader.

You will work across builders, issuers and institutions to define requirements, drive outcomes, and shape the product roadmap in a regulated environment with a focus on crypto-enabled payments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management or product leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to scale a product's revenue and own commercial outcomes.
• Experience in payments/financial services or regulated environments.
• Strong technical fluency and architectural awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical instincts with data fluency.
• Genuine curiosity about crypto and stablecoins.

Responsibilities

• Own a core product area end-to-end from discovery to growth.
• Scale adoption and revenue as core product metrics.
• Translate user needs into actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering on trade-offs and scoping.
