**Overview**

The AT&T Device Technology – IoT and Tools team is dedicated to delivering the best possible experience on AT&T emerging IoT devices. This role is essential for certifying and launching devices from IoT partners/suppliers on time and with high quality. You will collaborate with diverse teams to innovate and implement solutions that push the boundaries of wireless communication.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**

Your typical tasks may include, but are not limited to:

+ **Lead Product Development:** Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards while meeting market needs and strategic objectives.

+ **Technical Oversight:** Ensure the feasibility, functionality, and performance of products through technical guidance, rigorous testing, and quality assurance processes.

+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including external partners, marketing, network, Tech Dev, engineering, and supply chain, to deliver commitments to the business on time and with high quality.

+ **Market and Technology Research:** Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to inform development strategies, translating customer requirements and business objectives into technical specifications.

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required.

+ 8+ years of experience managing the successful delivery of wireless devices on LTE & 5G networks with major operators in North America.

Our Principal Product Development Engineers earns between $158,200 - $237,400 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
