Deel is seeking a Principal Designer to shape frontier experiences, working closely with the Chief Design Officer. You will lead vision-driven design across orchestration and intent-to-resolution layers, driving scalable solutions for global work experiences.

This role emphasizes AI-powered interfaces, personalization, and a restless drive to push design patterns forward while aligning across product, engineering, and leadership. Remote-friendly, NAMER/LATAM-based, with Pacific overlap.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in design, including 2+ years at principal level, operating as an IC in fast-paced product environments.

Responsabilités

• Design at the frontier by turning undefined vision into prototyped, shippable experiences anchored in orchestration and intent-to-resolution design.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design leads across Deel's verticals to ensure coherence and scalability.
• Prototype, test novel interaction paradigms including agentic workflows, personalization, and generative UI.
• Design experiences powered by Deel's segmentation and personalization infrastructure without owning underlying data models.
• Contribute to evolving design patterns and drive alignment with leadership through compelling narratives.
