The Role

We are looking for a visionary Principal Product Designer to join our early-stage, highly creative, and passionate team. This pivotal role will shape our confidential, groundbreaking product experience from inception, delivering delightful, human-like interactions that genuinely enrich lives.

What You'll Do:

• Own the end-to-end design process, from initial concept through polished execution, for our innovative consumer product, driving user engagement and growth.

• Develop intuitive, engaging, and dynamic interfaces that create trust, emotional connections, and delightful interactions.

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to explore and refine innovative interaction paradigms and mechanics.

• Rapidly prototype using visual tools, wireframes, mockups, and front-end code to test and communicate ideas effectively.

• Work effectively in a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup environment.

• Help establish best-in-class product design processes and a strong design culture.

Basic Requirements:

• Please include a design portfolio as you’re submitting your application.

• 5+ years of product design experience, with at least 3 years focused on consumer-facing software, AI-first applications, social platforms, or gamified experiences.

• Exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate product strategy, vision, and technical details to diverse audiences.

• Demonstrable portfolio showcasing innovative, high-impact designs with excellent UI/UX craftsmanship and measurable impact on consumer and business metrics.

• Proven experience delivering high-quality design outcomes in ambiguous, rapidly evolving startup environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing AI-driven or generative AI-focused products and platforms, particularly those involving conversational or video interactions.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated effectiveness in high-growth, early-stage startups.

• Strong prototyping skills.

• Passion for creating deeply engaging, user-centric experiences.
