Elucid, a Boston-based medical technology company, is seeking a Principal Process Engineer to revolutionize clinical production workflows for our team of medical imaging analysts. You will design the operating model from image intake to clinician delivery and set the metrics that scale as we rapidly commercialize.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in process engineering with 3+ years in senior roles, Lean/Six Sigma, and a track record of cross-functional leadership in medical software or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in process engineering or optimization; 3+ years in senior capacity.
• Experience in medical software/ SaaS imaging or medical devices; CCTA preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma with strong optimization and data-driven decisions.

Responsabilités

• Design and drive the operating model for clinical image analysts.
• Build workflows from image intake to results delivery to clinicians.
• Set metrics, dashboards, and capacity plans to enable scaling.
• Collaborate with Clinical QA, SQA, Product, and Engineering; mentor others.
