Job summary

Elucid, a Boston-based medical technology company, seeks a Senior Process Engineer to elevate clinical production workflows and analytics. You will develop metrics and design processes that scale with growth while maintaining rigorous quality and regulatory compliance.

Based on-site in Boston, MA, you will collaborate with QA, software, and product teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence as we advance cardiovascular care and deploy SaMD solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering or operational optimization in SaMD or medical imaging.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma experience.
• Strong optimization mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop operational metrics to track performance and impact.
• Design and implement efficient workflows for clinical production and imaging analysts.
• Collaborate with Clinical QA, Software QA, and Product Management to scale operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency.
