Qualifications

8-15+ years in semiconductor process engineering
Customer-facing support for wafer fabrication accounts
Experience with Logic, DRAM, NAND, or Advanced Packaging

Responsibilities

Lead resolution of complex semiconductor process issues using DOE and RCA
Serve as trusted technical advisor to strategic customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative process solutions
Design and execute customer demonstrations and tech evaluations
Support new technology introductions and technology transfers
Voice of the customer to influence product strategy
Present roadmaps and recommendations to executives
Build strategic relationships with leading semiconductor manufacturers
Drive knowledge sharing across global teams
Stay at the forefront of semiconductor tech trends
