Position Overview: MP Materials seeks a highly skilled, hands-on Principal Process Engineer for its Magnetics business in Fort Worth, TX. The Process Engineering team manages the startup, maintenance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes at MP’s "Independence" facility for NdFeB magnets. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in powder production, powder metallurgy, and metal finishing in a production environment. Responsibilities include leading engineering efforts to start, run, and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring quality and innovation, and mentoring process engineers.
