Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with an emphasis in supervision, educational administration, or elementary school curriculum. Doctorate desirable. Minimum of five years in teaching, administration, or supervision, of which at least three years must have been teaching in an elementary or early childhood classroom. Completion of an administrative internship program is preferable. Experience as an assistant principal required.
