Hidden Level is seeking a Principal Product Manager for RF sensor hardware to own the strategy and lifecycle of sensor products in Syracuse, NY. Hybrid work is preferred, with openness to remote candidates. You will drive roadmaps, requirements, and cross-functional execution from concept to production.

You will lead collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales to deliver differentiated value while aligning with the broader portfolio and company vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technical or management field.
• 10+ years of industry experience, including 5+ years in progressive product management or related leadership.
• Technical fluency across integrated hardware and software systems.
• Experience engaging customers and translating needs into clear requirements and priorities.
• Strong analytical, communications, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the sensor product.
• Collaborate with sales, customer teams, and internal stakeholders to align missions and needs.
• Turn product priorities into executable plans with engineering and operations teams.
• Ensure manufacturability, testability, reliability, serviceability, and cost in design to production.
• Communicate direction, decisions, status, and risks across teams.
