Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization and business transformation initiatives across Innovative Medicine R&D, ensuring successful execution, risk management, and timely delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, simplify processes, optimize resources, and support cost-saving objectives.
• Manage project portfolios, budgets, resources, timelines, and KPIs to drive successful implementation and business objectives.
• Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to align, support decision making, and ensure adoption of strategic initiatives.
• Lead change management and continuous improvement to enhance operational effectiveness and foster innovation and collaboration.
• Lead contract simplification initiatives with Legal, Procurement, GSINC, and other global functions to support business operations.
• Lead and develop teams in a matrix environment, promoting collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
• Support seamless integration with GSINC interfacing with global functions like Legal and Procurement.
