Gusto is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead Workflows for Gusto Pro, targeting accountants. You will own discovery, define vision, and partner with Eng, Design, and Data Science to deliver AI-driven improvements that delight customers.

With 8+ years in product management and a proven leadership track record, you’ll influence product strategy across a fast-moving, AI-first organization. The role offers hybrid work with offices in SF/NYC/Denver and compensation aligned to market in NYC/SF.
