Job summary

Jobtailor in New York seeks a seasoned Product Manager to lead our GenAI platform strategy, defining the roadmap, requirements, and developer experience. You will align AI capabilities with security-focused use cases and translate user needs into actionable features across engineering, data science, and business units.

You will work with cross-functional teams, evangelize GenAI services, and ensure adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience as a Product Manager.
• Deep understanding of AI landscape: LLMs, agentic workflows, open-weight models, and evaluations.
• Experience with developer tools, platforms, and APIs; developer-as-a-customer mindset.
• Experience using AI to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
• Background in cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to execute to plan.
• Strong verbal and visual communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to customer and CrowdStrike locations worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Define the Platform Vision: strategy, roadmap, and requirements for GenAI platform, balancing capabilities, scalability, cost, and performance.
• Create Exceptional Developer Experiences for engineers and data scientists leveraging AI frameworks and services.
• Drive Cross-Functional Delivery with engineering, data science, and business units to translate use cases into features.
• Be the Voice of the User with a business perspective on value during development cycles for real security use cases.
• Champion Adoption of GenAI services across the organization.
• Be a Visible Expert by presenting best practices, demos, and evangelizing GenAI within the Falcon ecosystem.
