Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Product Manager to shape the GenAI and ML platform roadmap, aligning investments with business goals and platform adoption.

You will partner with engineering and data science to translate complex needs into clear requirements, drive adoption of internal AI tools, and lead product development from concept to launch with focus on usability, scale, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of initiatives across teams.
• Experience defining product requirements and roadmaps with engineering teams.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making to guide strategy.
• Experience with GenAI, ML platforms, or other highly technical products.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools and workflow automation and their impact on adoption.
• Ability to work in highly technical, ambiguous environments with strategic thinking.
• Strong communication and storytelling to convey product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and support the execution of product strategy and roadmap for GenAI and ML platform capabilities, aligning investments with business priorities and adoption goals.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements, backlogs, and deliverables.
• Drive adoption and usability of internal AI platform tools and workflows to meet user needs at scale across teams.
• Lead product development from concept through launch and iteration, balancing technical feasibility, user experience, and operations.
• Use data, experiments, and feedback to evaluate performance and inform prioritization decisions.
• Contribute to scalable, reliable AI/ML platform capabilities including workflow automation and productivity tools.
• Collaborate across technical domains, manage ambiguity, deliver incremental value while supporting long-term vision.
• Communicate clearly, translating complex concepts into compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
