Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management on consumer digital products.
• Deep understanding of consumer fintech and marketplaces; proficiency with AI/ML to unlock value.
• Proven ability to carry revenue or growth targets through a cadence of launches.
• Strategic thinker who can go deep on experiments, ranking models, or design reviews.
• Hands-on, data-driven decision maker with strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional communicator who influences senior leadership and diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the vertical's product strategy and 12–18 month vision grounded in member problems and business plan; integrate AI.
• Translate the operating plan into a revenue‑driven, ranked roadmap and own results readouts.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle for ranking/personalization, marketplace conversion, and partner integrations with AI.
• Run a rigorous experimentation program with robust test designs and clear readouts for ranking models.
• Collaborate with General Manager, Engineering, Design, Data Science/AI, Analytics, BD, Marketing, and Legal/Compliance to deliver compliant experiences.
• Be the visible voice of the member and the product in core reviews and leadership meetings.
• Mentor PMs and raise the bar for product craft within the vertical team.
