Zip is seeking a Senior/Principal Product Manager for Enterprise Foundations to own core capabilities powering trust, security, identity, permissions, and the foundational UI across the Zip platform. You will define platform‑level features for our largest enterprise customers, ensuring world‑class security and governance.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of Product Management experience on platform/security/identity or governance, or infrastructure-adjacent products.
• Strong experience with SSO/SAML, OAuth, MFA.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, multi-tenant models, regional deployments, and collaboration withInfrastructure Engineering on architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead authentication and security roadmap (MFA, step‑up MFA, Multi‑IdP SSO, IP restrictions, anomaly detection, account takeover prevention).
• Define strategy for data governance, reporting and insights capabilities.
• Own enterprise‑grade permissions and access controls, ensuring clarity, auditability, and scalability for complex org structures.
• Partner with GTM and Customer Teams to unblock high‑ARR deals by addressing regional hosting, multi‑cell architectures, dedicated customer cells, and BYOK/FedRAMP-adjacent needs.
• Lead design system and component library roadmap, delivering shared components for web and mobile and improved developer velocity.
• Collaborate with engineering to define requirements, provide product direction, and deliver high‑quality foundational capabilities.
