Job summary

Vidmob is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Data and Recommendations to lead data products, AI-enabled recommendations, developer platforms, and partner integrations. The role emphasizes building scalable, explainable AI-driven guidance across customer and partner workflows, with a strong emphasis on data models, APIs, and composable platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management in B2B SaaS or DaaS, incl. at least 3 years at staff/principal level.
• Experience building and productizing AI/ML-powered recommendation systems with evaluation and reinforcement learning.
• 3+ years in ad/MarTech or data-heavy vertical.
• Strong experience with data products or developer platforms.
• Proven success delivering technically complex products from strategy to adoption.
• Deep fluency across APIs, MCP tools, data models, and AI/ML products.
• Familiarity with generative AI, large language models, agents, grounding and evaluation methods.
• Hands-on data analysis using SQL and Python.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for Vidmob’s data, recommendations, APIs, MCP, and agent capabilities.
• Advance Vidmob’s composable platform strategy, making data, intelligence, and recommendations available across workflows.
• Define how data turns into ranked, explainable, actionable recommendations.
• Build products for human and machine users, including enterprise workflows, APIs, and developer tools.
• Partner with engineering and data science on models, architecture, and tradeoffs across quality, latency, and cost.
• Establish standards for grounding, explainability, provenance, actionability, and constraint adherence.
• Design reinforcement learning loops to power platform improvement.
• Support integrations with media platforms, agencies, AI providers, and marketing infra.
• Use AI tools across research, prototyping, analysis, and product ops.
• Drive adoption of capabilities with customers and partners.
