Job summary

Vidmob, the creative data company, seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead data, recommendations, and a composable platform. You’ll turn creative and performance data into actionable guidance via APIs, MCP tools and agents, applying AI/ML techniques in an AI-first environment.

Based in Midtown NYC with ~30% in-office time, you’ll partner with engineering and data science to scale data products and platform strategies while championing explainability and actionability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management for B2B SaaS or DaaS, including staff level.
• Experience building AI/ML driven recommendation systems and evaluation.
• 3+ years in ad/Martech or data-heavy vertical.
• Strong background in data products or developer platforms.
• Track record taking complex products from strategy to adoption.
• Fluent APIs, MCP tools, data models, and AI/ML products.
• Familiar with generative AI, LLMs, agents, retrieval and grounding.
• Proactive use of AI tools to accelerate work.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap and delivery for data, recommendations, and platform.
• Advance composable platform strategy across customer, partner, and AI workflows.
• Transform data into ranked, explainable recommendations.
• Build enterprise workflows, APIs, developer tools and agentic systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science on models, architecture and tradeoffs.
• Set standards for grounding, explainability, provenance and actionability.
• Design reinforcement learning loops for platform improvement.
• Partner with media and marketing platforms and AI providers.
• Use AI tools across research, prototyping, analysis and operations.
• Drive adoption and impact with customers and partners.
