Self Financial, Inc. seeks a Principal Product Manager to set the strategy and direction for the flagship Credit Building product. You will partner with executive leadership to shape portfolio bets across engineering, risk, compliance, and go-to-market.

This is a builder role that requires independent problem diagnosis, high-stakes decision making, and setting the standards for product craft across the PM organization. Base salary range: $190,000 - $230,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Manager experience with core product ownership.
• Experience operating in a regulated/fintech environment.
• Proven ability to drive executive-level outcomes without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own Credit Building product strategy and KPIs.
• Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap for engineering.
• Use data from A/B testing, usability studies and surveys to form hypotheses.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing and Operations.
• Define AI-assisted workflows adoption across the product organization.
