Job summary

RELX INC is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead AI-enabled analytics for our Healthcare Education portfolio. You will guide discovery, strategy, and execution, turning emerging technologies into practical solutions that improve decision-making and outcomes.

The role requires shaping product strategies, partnering with engineering, data science, UX, and customer teams to deliver scalable analytics products with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technology products, data products, analytics, or related field.
• Demonstrate strong product leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering AI-, analytics-, data-, or insight-driven products.
• Practical understanding of AI, analytics, experimentation, and data products.
• Translate complex data concepts into clear product strategies and meaningful customer value.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
• Strong product and project management in an agile environment.
• Experience in healthcare, education, healthcare education, or enterprise software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for AI-enabled analytics across nursing and medical education products.
• Identify opportunities to use AI to simplify analytics, surface insights, and improve decision support.
• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product strategies and experiences.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, subject matter experts, and customer-facing teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead cross-functional alignment by communicating strategy, priorities, decisions, and tradeoffs.
• Establish measures of success including adoption, usability, and business outcomes.
• Use customer feedback and analytics to inform prioritization and improvement.
• Champion responsible and practical use of AI with attention to privacy and trust.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog and support agile planning.
