Job summary
Rocketdyne is seeking a Principal Business Administration - IT Engineering Applications to own and optimize the PLM tool ecosystem (Windchill, Teamcenter) and oversee outsourced delivery partners. You will drive configuration, integration, and upgrade planning to align engineering data flows with manufacturing and ERP environments.
Responsibilities include managing DOORS and CAD/PLM tool integrations, guiding design-release handoffs, and ensuring compliance with CMMC ITAR/DFARS requirements
Qualifications
- 8+ years supporting PLM systems (Windchill/Teamcenter) in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience integrating PLM with MES/ERP systems.
- Experience directing outsourced AMS/vendor teams and ensuring quality/schedule.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the outcome owner for Windchill and/or Teamcenter PLM — configuration, workflow design, customizations, and upgrade planning.
- Own engineering tool administration and integration points into the PLM/engineering environment (design, modeling and sim tools, Cameo, Creo, SolidWorks, Doors, Atlassian suite).
- Own the PLM-to-MES integration design between engineering data and manufacturing execution, partnering with ERP/Manufacturing Applications Principal.
- Direct outsourced AMS/implementation partners, review deliverables, and ensure production readiness.
