Job summary
Rocketdyne seeks a Principal Business Administration - IT Engineering Applications to lead the PLM/engineering tool ecosystem (Windchill, Teamcenter, DOORS) and integration with MES and ERP. You will manage outsourced delivery partners and drive optimization across PLM, CAD/PLM, and design-release handoffs.

Qualifications
- 8+ years supporting PLM systems (Windchill/Teamcenter) in engineering/manufacturing with hands-on configuration/administration experience.
- Experience integrating PLM with MES and/or ERP systems (as an integration partner).
- Experience operating engineering systems in regulated environments (CMMC, ITAR, DFARS).
- U.S. Person status required (ITAR data access).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the outcome owner for Windchill and/or Teamcenter PLM — configuration, workflow design, customizations, and upgrade planning.
- Own engineering tool administration and integration points into PLM/engineering environment (design, modeling, and sim tools).
- Own PLM-to-MES integration design between engineering data and manufacturing execution; coordinate with ERP/Mfg Applications Principal.
- Partner with engineering leadership to translate design/release needs into PLM changes and workflows.
