We are seeking a Principal Platform Architect - Federal to join our Customer Outcomes team at ServiceNow. This role involves advising customers on establishing a strong technical foundation within the ServiceNow Platform, designing solutions that drive business outcomes, and supporting best practices around instance strategy, technical governance, and platform health. The role is highly consultative, focusing on guiding both partner and customer resources to achieve their goals through leading practices. It requires interfacing with various customer stakeholders, including executives and enterprise architects, throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with C-suite and business leaders to understand their vision and translate it into a customer roadmap.
• Analyze and translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints.
• Position ServiceNow as the system of action within the digital transformation roadmap.
• Establish and advise on technical governance and platform health best practices.
• Advocate for ServiceNow’s advisory practices and industry use cases.
• Guide solution design and manage technical decision points during implementation.

Qualifications:

• Federal experience is required.
• Experience in management consulting, professional services, or cloud software.
• 3+ years in management consulting leadership roles focused on technology.
• Large program and enterprise architecture experience.
• Experience with cloud-based systems such as Salesforce, Workday, AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud.
• 1-2 years of ServiceNow Platform experience is preferred but not mandatory.
