Qualifications

• Experience: Four years of professional planning experience, with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge: CEQA and planning law, report writing, and policy analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning staff and major projects; provide technical guidance and supervision.
• Evaluate development proposals and advise City Council, Planning Commission, and staff.
• Coordinate with internal divisions, consultants, and outside agencies.
