Job summary
Infinitum in Austin, TX is seeking a Principal Engineer, PCB Technology to lead the development and continuous improvement of Infinitum’s PCB stators. This role directs design Definition, system verification testing, and provides direct support to R&D, Manufacturing and Quality teams.
You will leverage lab equipment and data to drive performance and cost improvements. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in PCB fabrication, CAM and test, with strong experience in PCB design software and
Qualifications
- 10+ years of PCB fabrication, CAM and test experience.
- Proficiency with PCB design software such as Altium, Genisys, Pentalogix, CAM350.
- Experience with lab equipment for PCB stator characterization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of presenting technically.
Responsibilities
- Design PCBs for system testing and product characterization.
- Develop, simulate, prototype, and test circuitry and systems.
- Act as liaison between PCB stator suppliers and R&D/Engineering.
- Evaluate and characterize new products.
- Create datasheets, application notes, training materials.
