Job summary

HighRadius is seeking a Principal Payments Product Manager to own the end-to-end vision, roadmap, and execution for next-generation B2B merchant card processing and ACH networks. You will combine technical payment gateway architecture, data analytics, and stakeholder management to bridge sales opportunities, deployment cycles, and platform engineering.

This IC leadership role targets Global 2000 clients, aims to reduce costs, improve throughput, and unify global payment channels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical product management experience in payments infrastructure.
• 5+ years in processing networks or gateway/API design.
• Strong data analytics and scripting (SQL or Python).
• Experience working with payment partners and enterprise clients.
• Excellent communication for executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end payments strategy and architecture for enterprise clients.
• Design and demonstrate gateway capabilities and routing to CFO-level audiences.
• Coordinate across sales, consulting, and engineering to support deployments.
• Lead product roadmaps and growth initiatives for PLG in payments domain.
• Manage relationships with card networks and processors.
