Role Overview

We are building a global team to shape the future of collaboration with our Solution Partners and GSIs. We seek an experienced Principal Partner Solutions Strategist to drive our Partner Solutions strategy, capabilities, practice development, and channel growth. This role involves working closely with Partner Development Managers and leading initiatives to accelerate the success of our strategic partnerships, ensuring a thriving Atlassian practice in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Global System Integrators to leverage technical expertise in Atlassian solutions, recruiting and engaging top-tier GSIs to meet sales and success goals.
  • Develop strategic solution plans with stakeholders, including the Head of Solutions/GSIs and Partner Managers, aligning with strategic priorities.
  • Drive business-centric solution activation strategies in collaboration with marketing and internal teams for a unified go-to-market approach.
  • Collaborate on solution design and pre-sales activities to deliver customized solutions that close deals and ensure customer success.
  • Lead global practice development to scale and accelerate our strategic partner business.
  • Provide strategic leadership to help partners build packaged Atlassian Platform services and solutions that deliver measurable business value.
  • Deliver enablement and thought leadership by collaborating across teams to build an effective enablement model.
  • Lead solution workshops to improve partner understanding of Atlassian solutions and optimize co-selling with enterprise sales teams.
  • Promote thought leadership initiatives with partners to share insights and foster innovation within the ecosystem.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 12+ years in product, consulting, and sales, with strong knowledge of Cloud Native Platforms; familiarity with the Atlassian Platform is a plus.
  • Expertise in driving Cloud and Agile transformations, with a background in cloud-native technologies and infrastructure patterns.
  • Proven success in matrix organizations, building effective cross-functional relationships.
  • Experience in solution design, proposal creation, and collaborative solution delivery.
  • Experience working with strategic partners is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, business insight, and ability to demonstrate ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with executive presentations and technical workshops.
  • Continuous learner with a growth mindset and accountability for results.
Compensation and Benefits

Our pay ranges are designed to be competitive and equitable. In the US, the base pay ranges are:

  • Zone A: $175,500 - $234,000
  • Zone B: $158,000 - $210,600
  • Zone C: $145,700 - $194,200

This role may include benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity. Details vary by location; please confirm your zone with the recruiter.
