Advantage Technical is seeking a Principal Packaging Acquisition Engineer to lead packaging integration, development, and compliance for strategic acquisitions in a regulated manufacturing environment. This hybrid Maple Grove, MN role involves cross-functional collaboration, due diligence, and hands-on technical leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
• 5+ years of packaging engineering, manufacturing engineering, or package development experience.
• Experience with validation, verification, quality systems, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, packaging equipment, and regulated manufacturing environments.

• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership across projects.

Location: Maple Grove, MN (Hybrid) Pay Rate: $82.00/hour

Ready to take ownership of complex packaging engineering initiatives that drive business growth? We're seeking a Principal Packaging Acquisition Engineer to lead packaging integration, development, and compliance efforts supporting strategic acquisitions and product transitions in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

In this hands-on engineering leadership role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate packaging systems, identify integration opportunities, manage technical documentation, and ensure successful project execution from due diligence through implementation.

What You'll Do

• Lead packaging integration activities for acquisitions and business-critical projects

• Experience with validation, verification, quality systems, and technical documentation
• Knowledge of packaging materials, packaging equipment, and regulated manufacturing environments
• Medical device industry experience preferred
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel as needed
